Insurance Claim Procedure
The prime objective of insuring assets is to be compensated in an event of a loss. The turn-around time (TAT) on compensation can either build or destroy a relationship. Motor Claim
In case of motor claim follow the following simple steps:-
- Call Placid Insurance on Hotline number 0725086668 for advice.
- Quickly call the police or visit the nearest police station and obtain a police abstract.
- Visit PLACID office/call the Hotline and you will be provided with the claim form.
- Complete every field and submit it to the PLACID claims officer.
- Attach all relevant documents concerning the claim as advised by our claims officers.
Windscreen/Mirrors
- Take a photo (crack) of the point damaged and ensure that you capture the motor vehicle registration, both the front and rear view.
- Send the photos to PLACID Insurance via what’s App number-0110037111 or scanned photos via our email – placidins@yahoo.com
- PLACID Insurance staff will guide you on the best way to handle the process. After successful repairs, attach the original ETR receipts for purpose of processing your refund.
- Once more, take photos after repairs and ensure the (front and rear- registration plates are clearly visible).
